（中央社記者黃兆平紐約16日專電）美國「費城詢問報」今天刊登台灣官員投書指出，美國總統當選人川普與總統蔡英文通話，川普不會改變台灣，民主台灣會繼續肩負區域和平守護者角色。

費城詢問報（Philadelphia Inquirer）10日刊載魯賓（Trudy Rubin）的文章，提及總統當選人川普與台灣領導人通話，引發越過中國紅線的憂慮。

駐紐約台北經文處副處長蘇瑞仁以「川普不會改變台灣」（Trump won't change Taiwan）為題投書回應，強調儘管蔡總統致電川普表達恭賀，引發未來美中關係一些關切聲浪，「惟台灣依舊致力維持區域和平締造者角色，深信台美關係與兩岸關係，攸關亞太地區的和平、穩定、繁榮甚鉅」。

蘇瑞仁還說，「民主台灣一直是區域和平的堅定守護者，台灣期盼透過進一步國際參與，持續增加它對全球的貢獻」。費城詢問報是費城地區第一大報。1051217
